IDEKO, is a technology center, member of BRTA, dedicated to the research, development and innovation of new technologies applied to advanced manufacturing with special focus on precision machines and processes and artificial intelligence applied to manufacturing. Our R&D&i activity is aimed at offering innovative solutions that contribute to the competitiveness of the business fabric and is articulated around 4 research groups: Dynamics and Control, Manufacturing Processes, ICT’s and Automation and Precision Design and Engineering.

We apply AI to: (1) the optimization of factory production processes, and (2) the prediction of the useful life of production line assets, (3) the predictive quality of manufactured products

How we do AI: (1) obtaining real data from production lines (2) obtaining data from industrial test benches of assets (3) generating synthetic data from production models, mainly from machining processes.
