Data protection policy
1. Data controller and processor
MONDRAGON S. COOP. (hereinafter, SHAKING HUB), with Tax Identification no. F20350823, its registered office at Pº José María Arizmendiarrieta, registered under no. 162 in the Cooperative Register on 8-02-1991, and entered in the Basque Cooperative Register under no. 2/91, folio GUI-324, entry no. 324.
2. What data do we process and for how long?
SHAKING HUB offers the User and/or Shaker direct services related to talent management and training for individuals or groups; registration for various events, training courses held online; access to informative content and receiving communications and information of interest by electronic means of communication.
We process and store all data provided by the User and/or Shaker through this online medium, but also any data obtained from the Shaker in sessions that are held virtually:
(i) The general information provided by the User during the registration process; identification and electronic contact details, name; company in which the User works or to which they belong in the case of group events, language profile, in particular.
(ii) Data and information related to take-up, attendance and/or learning activities carried out by the Shaker in the various events or services requested and participated in by the Shaker.
(iii) Information derived from Content that the Shaker shares in the course of their talent management and/or training, i.e. opinions, questionnaires, projects or materials that the Shaker submits to SHAKING HUB or shares with ambassadors, instructors or other Shakers through postings made by the Shaker in electronic, virtual or physical forums or media.
(iv) IP address and information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies.
(v) Any data inferred by SHAKING HUB from statistical data.
(vi) Data provided by the User and/or Shaker, voluntarily, through the SHAKING HUB web contact form.
All such data – each type within its scope – is necessary to ensure access to and/or provide the services and/or features of the site, from a multi-channel environment.
In each form, the data that must be provided for the provision of the service is specified.
The data shall be stored and processed by SHAKING HUB for as long as the Shaker uses the Service; if the Shaker is inactive on the Service and talent management or training for a period of eighteen (18) months, their profile data shall be deleted and their account shall be closed because the profile is considered to be outdated and compromises the quality of the personal data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, before finally deleting the data, SHAKING HUB shall contact the User and/or Shaker to verify that they want their data to be erased.
3. What does the User and/or Shaker consent to when they provide their data?
SHAKING HUB processes data with the User’s consent to:
1. Allow Users to browse the SHAKING HUB website and access all its content.
2. Allow Users and/or Shakers to register and sign up for different events, training content and/or courses.
3. Ensure the availability and security of the information.
4. Through various channels, to keep Users and/or Shakers informed about matters of interest to them; news about services provided and/or activities that may be relevant to their talent management and/or training.
5. Keep in contact with the Shaker and provide instructions on how to register for selected events or services.
To prepare personalised communications tailored to the interests of the User and/or Shaker, it shall be necessary to create profiles, segment their data and/or cross-reference it with other files under the responsibility of SHAKING HUB, and this processing shall require the express consent of the User and/or Shaker.
4. Can the User object to receiving personalised communications or to profiling?
Receiving communications is voluntary. The User and/or Shaker may request or authorise it upon registering or at any time and they may also object to the processing of their data for such purposes or to profiling by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each of the communications they receive or by contacting us at info@shaking hub.com.
5. Is the data disclosed to third parties?
a. Public authorities, courts
If governmental authorities, such as law enforcement agencies or courts request or demand information or if it is necessary to submit information in order to comply with any law, SHAKING HUB shall disclose the data formally requested by such third parties.
b.- SHAKING HUB affiliates
SHAKING HUB events, knowledge pills, courses, seminars, content and services will sometimes be delivered by SHAKING HUB affiliates from the education and technology sectors; professionals, entities or organisations to whom it is necessary to disclose the identity and contact details of the Shakers and to share the content or material generated by the Shaker within their chosen activity, as these affiliates are the organisers of the service, event or activity. The identity of this third-party affiliate shall be made known to the Shaker when they choose the SHAKING HUB service and/or event.
6. Obligations of the User and/or Shaker
The User and/or Shaker is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided and agrees to keep it up-to-date.
If the User and/or Shaker provides the personal data of third parties, they shall inform such third parties of the content of the data provided, the existence and purpose of the file containing their data and the possibility of exercising their rights; they shall identify SHAKING HUB and must obtain the consent of the third party to disclose their data to SHAKING HUB.
The User and/or Shaker shall hold SHAKING HUB harmless from any claims, fines or penalties that may be imposed as a result of a breach of this Privacy Policy by the User and/or Shaker.
7. How can the User and/or Shaker exercise their rights of access, erasure, rectification, portability and objection?
Any User and/or Shaker may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of their personal data by writing to SHAKING HUB at the address provided in point 1 of this Policy, or by emailing info@shaking hub.com.
In both cases, the Shaker must attach a copy of their national identity card, passport or other valid identification document.
8. Security measures and confidentiality of information.
SHAKING HUB has taken appropriate security measures for its facilities, systems and files. It has put in place all technical measures at its disposal to prevent the loss of, misuse of, tampering with, unauthorised access to and theft of the data provided by the user through the Website, thus ensuring its integrity and confidentiality.
9. What happens if the User is a minor?
Minors are not permitted to use the SHAKING HUB Website or any of its services. When registering, and by expressly accepting this data protection policy, the User declares that they are over 18 years of age.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
SHAKING HUB complies with the applicable data protection and user privacy laws. Therefore, at any time and without prior notice, it reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of this Data Protection Policy in order to accommodate any regulatory amendments or changes to the presentation and layout of the Website. In such an event, the User and/or Shaker shall be duly informed.
12. Complaints to the supervisory authority
