INPAKTUDAY 2026: MONDRAGON brings together young people and professionals to listen, connect and recognise talent

Young people are not just the future of the cooperative ecosystem, they are an active part of the present. That is the premise behind INPAKTUDAY 2026, MONDRAGON’s annual gathering that will take place on 26 November at the Hotel Jardines de Uleta in Vitoria-Gasteiz, from 9:30 to 17:30.

Young people at the centre

This year’s edition welcomes around 250 attendees, including finalists and participants of the TFG-TFM MONDRAGON Sariak Awards, members of the Harrobia Programme and, for the first time, young people from outside the ecosystem who want to join the conversation. The event is structured around three axes: discovering the ecosystem through conversations with leading voices, connecting with people who are driving change, and celebrating talent through the TFG-TFM MONDRAGON Sariak Awards 2026 ceremony.

The voices of the day

At 10:00, the main stage opens with a conversation block hosted by Iban Garcia. Five speakers will address the challenges facing the territory from different perspectives:

  • Pello Rodríguez, President of Corporación MONDRAGON, on MONDRAGON and young people.
  • Saray Zárate Fernández de Landa, Deputy for Economic Development and Innovation of the Álava Provincial Council, on territory and youth.
  • Ion Etxeberria, Director General of IKERLAN, on technology, innovation and young people.
  • Kristina Apiñaniz, Dean of the College of Industrial Engineering of Álava, and Estibaliz León, Director of 42 Urduliz Bizkaia, on society, education and impact.

Podcasts, networking and the TFG-TFM Awards

Throughout the day, the programme combines thematic podcasts on artificial intelligence, robotics, health and sustainability with the «Make a match!» Café, a networking space where participants can connect with professionals and explore career opportunities.

The highlight of the afternoon is the TFG-TFM MONDRAGON Sariak 2026 Awards. At 13:15, finalists pitch their projects to the audience. At 16:00, the awards ceremony closes the day by recognising the best Final Degree and Master’s projects in the cooperative ecosystem. The sponsoring cooperatives for this edition are Laboral Kutxa, Danobatgroup, Fagor Taldea, MONDRAGON, MONDRAGON Health, IKERLAN, Eika and Mundukide.
